Case Study | River City Condos

Greenlawn developed a plant palette that could withstand the dry, windy, southwest-oriented sun deck conditions. We included varieties of switchgrass, rose, juniper, fescue, and sedum.

 

Two sections of deck-level 4" deep LiveRoof green roof trays were part of the design. After a two year period of demolition and redevelopment, we installed the landscaping this June. Greenlawn is proud to have been part of this unique and challenging project.
